Dengan diperkenalkannya Office 2010 64-bit versi Office akan tersedia untuk pertama kalinya ini akan tersedia untuk Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista dan Windows 7. Selanjutnya, Office 2010 akan menandai debut versi online gratis Word, Excel, PowerPoint, dan OneNote, yang akan bekerja di empat web browser yang paling populer (Windows Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, dan Apple Safari).
